# Create the caller's organization

> Creates the organization a partner signs up with, then owes the seller agreement for. Through a partner invite (the link, or an open invite for the caller's email domain): the first person at the domain gets a new organization bound to the invite, later ones join it as admins until the agreement is signed. On their own: any address creates its own organization; a caller who belongs to one already is refused. Where the sign-up came from is kept with it.
