# V3 transaction or payment facts

> One row per charged or completed funded/free call, or per verified payment when kind=payments. Totals and exclusive website/storefront-only/direct splits cover all matching rows. Transaction dates use request creation; payment dates use payment creation. Repeat with offset for a complete export. Returns 503 until the data contract is ready.
